Formerly known as the Petersham Opportunity Shop in New Canterbury Road, but now at 111 Crystal Street, Petersham NSW 2049.
The Crystal Street Community Shop supplies quality second hand items at a discounted price. The shop is run in partnership with Baptist Community Services and is staffed by volunteers, many of them from Petersham Baptist Church. As well as selling clothes, household items and bric a brac, shop volunteers assist the needy by helping them to find rental accommodation, provide emergency food, bed linen and clothing and other forms of assistance.

Monday to Friday: 10am to 3:30pm
Saturday: 10am to 1pm

While church members volunteer for shifts throughout the week, we take particular responsibility for Saturday morning. If you would like to work in the shop on Saturdays contact John Smuts. You can also view the Saturday roster.
